The rating was compiled by &#8220;TOP-100. Ratings of the biggest companies&#8221; edition.<\/p>\n<p>V.Mudryi has been the Chairman of the Board since November 2020; during this time, the Bank has significantly improved its core business indicators and strengthened its market position.<\/p>\n<p>According to the the commentary to the rating, V. Mudryi singles out three key projects of 2021 in OTP Bank. The first is the investment banking development, which provides clients with the widest range of investment tools, in particular in international stock exchanges. The second is the service design implementation that ensures customer-centric business running by the bank. The third project is the integration of Agile principles into the bank\u2019s focus products development. In the future the bank plans to scale up the mentioned projects to new initiatives, in particular, to move from \u201cinvestment inviting\u201d to the full-fledged customer consulting after obtaining a license, to enroll\u00a0 new customer groups in service design and to transfer all key products development to Agile principles.<\/p>\n<p>During the ranking the nominees were estimated by the following criteria: emotional intelligence, crisis management, use of innovation, leadership potential and change management.<\/p>\n<p>The jury included specialists in recruiting top managers, experts with experience in staff training, market analysts and members of the editorial board of the &#8220;TOP-100. Ratings of the biggest companies&#8221;.&#8221;TOP-100.
