Recently, BDO global network was proud to congratulate our colleagues from BDO AG\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Wirtschaftspruefungsgesellschaft<\/span><\/span>\u00a0for\u00a0<\/span><\/span>their victory in the tender for the audit contract with SAP, international software corporation<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Looking back, the Board of Directors of German corporation SAP, \u2014 the developer of software and provider of consulting services, \u2014 at the annual meeting of shareholders recommended BDO as the new auditor for fiscal year of 2023<\/u>. BDO proved to have quality experience and a modern, innovative audit concept that influenced on the final choice of SAP.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n However, this event has made changes to the work of BDO in Ukraine: <\/span><\/span>BDO Consulting LLC<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0terminates its partnership with SAP as at December 01, 2021 to ensure the independence of the audit assignment. To refresh memory, BDO Consulting had SAP Certified Partner Status since 2016 for the implementation of ERP systems, licensing, and localized SAP Business One program for the Ukrainian market.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n We are changing the format of our cooperation with SAP and from now on our status changes from “partner” to “customer” of SAP.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Due to all these changes<\/span><\/span> BDO in Ukraine has agreed on a strategic partnership with <\/span><\/span>Ageless<\/span><\/a><\/span> company<\/span><\/span> and<\/span> we are transferring own intellectual property \u2014 addons for SAP Business One \u2014 to a new partner to meet the needs of existing customers and develop the SAP B1 ERP system in Ukraine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The President of BDO in Ukraine,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Alla<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Ivanovna Savchenko, comments on the news:\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI believe that all changes are for the good. Despite the fact that in the future we will not work with SAP as a partner, the\u00a0years of cooperation with SAP have given us a good experience and understanding of the needs of our customers in the field of digitalization, automation of accounting and processes, and\u00a0methodology. We plan to develop this experience and offer our existing and potential customers new solutions and services both in the field of CRM and ERM implementation, and in outsourcing, business intelligence and automation.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n For five years of cooperation between BDO in Ukraine and SAP there were many successful cases, since \u00abBDO Consulting\u00bb implementation and methodology team provided not only basic automation for the client’s business (for example, management of settlements with customers and suppliers, finances, inventory and production accounting), but also modified system and forms, and developed individual modules in constant interaction with the client to better meet existing needs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n For example, together with the client Family Garden, the team of BDO in Ukraine developed an agricultural module, which is unique in SAP Business One ecosystem, and significantly simplified the planning and control processes in agriculture activities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n For one of the investment funds, BDO modified its own localization to automatically convert reports under the National Standards to US GAAP that simplified the process of submitting reports to the parent company.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In general, customers emphasized out that within the first months after ERP system implementation, employees\u2019 time savings was up to 15%, and the overall efficiency of resource use increased significantly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Despite the end of partnership between\u00a0BDO in Ukraine\u00a0<\/b>and SAP, customers would to be able to purchase the developed\u00a0addons<\/b>\u00a0and get high-quality support from the\u00a0specialists\u00a0of <\/span><\/span>Ageless<\/span><\/a><\/span> company.
