Employers tend to show more and more interest in matters related to vaccination and testing of employees for COVID-19, in particular the employer’s right to require the employee to provide relevant information in general or in certain cases in the event of a “red level of epidemiological danger”, the possibility of applying liability to employees who refuse to provide such information or be vaccinated\/tested for COVID-19.
