760 tons of garbage we removed last year during World Cleanup Day in Ukraine. Let’s surpass this result together on September 18! For the first time a free application EcoHike, created by Lviv engineers from GlobalLogic, is the official application of World Cleanup Day in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
Participate in the World Clean Up Day this Saturday, which is joined by millions of people from 180 countries. In Ukraine, the initiative is organized by the All-Ukrainian Youth Movement Let\u2019s do it, Ukraine<\/a> together with the international movement Let\u2019s Do It, World. In 2020, the World Cleanup Day brought together more than 135,000 participants and 2,100 locations across the country.<\/p>\n This year, everyone can join the event and help make their city cleaner, as well as use EcoHike for free at any time after the event.<\/p>\n How to take part in World Cleanup Day 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1) Download EcoHike<\/a>:\u00a0<\/p>\n For Apple: http:\/\/bit.ly\/EcoHike_Apple<\/a><\/p>\n For Android: http:\/\/bit.ly\/EcoHike_Android<\/a><\/p>\n 2) In the “Events” section of the application, find a cleaning event in your city. No event for your city? Create it! List of official locations – follow the link<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n 3) Invite friends to the event and take part in the September 18 cleaning with the app; we also ask you to take care of your health and safety during cleaning.<\/p>\n 4) Share your success on social networks – only together can we make Ukraine cleaner.<\/p>\n By the way, GlobalLogic consultants will take part in the event in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa and Vinnytsia. So, we will be happy to meet you at the event!<\/p>\n In case of rain in certain locations, the action will be postponed to Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 10:00. If there are changes, it will be announced in the news on the official website letsdoitukraine.org<\/a>, as well as changes will be made to the events in the EcoHike.<\/p>\n
