The “Dream and Act” project by the Ridni Charitable Foundation held an event on September 4th. The participants learned what professions will be applicable in the nearest future and the way of setting personal and professional goals.<\/p>\n

The Western Ukrainian office was invited to join the organization, so the team happily responded.<\/p>\n

Participants are young people who dream of realizing their goals and want to find a job in their dream field!<\/p>\n

Members of the Association were happy to join the project.\u00a0Managers of member companies of the Association shared their experiences and told about their realities of life. Challenges and victories were shared by:\u00a0Khrystyna Polishchuk<\/strong> (N-iX), Markiyan Malsky<\/strong> (Arzinger law firm), Antonina Kurets<\/strong> (PwC Ukraine), Taras Yurynts<\/strong> (Guldman Ukraine).<\/p>\n

Mainly, to find yourself in any profession, you need to develop certain qualities, such as sociability, openness and a desire to progress. You need to wake up “hungry” for knowledge, favorite business and life!<\/p>\n

At the master class “Values \u200b\u200b& Skills”, Anton Podilchak<\/strong> (Advice Group) accented that dreaming is always helpful. Thanks to it, we produce goals! And when the goals are outlined, a person can see the possibilities of achieving them.<\/p>\n

Together with Elena Pudikova Skyba<\/strong> (KredoBank), young people learned about their skills and possible use of these skills in various professions.<\/p>\n

Olha Myrka<\/strong> and Olena Dziunyk<\/strong> (GI Group) talked about the profession of a recruiter and shared tips on what not to do when preparing a resume and during an interview.<\/p>\n

Yes, bad photos, mistakes in words, long CVs, indefinite information makes the recruiter wonder: do they need to invite such a person for an interview?<\/p>\n

Also, participants had the opportunity to learn briefly about the main news from:<\/p>\n

  • Anna Golovchenko<\/strong> (People First Club) that you should always remain yourself and go only forward<\/li>\n
  • Oksana Pasichnyk<\/strong> (Sykhiv Lyceum) about quality interaction, understanding and support between students and teachers<\/li>\n
  • Serhiy Trukhimovich<\/strong> (UCU) about creativity and thirst for the new<\/li>\n
  • Lilya Oliynyk<\/strong> (Emotion Holding FEST) about the power of help and support in the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    And in an open discussion “Young Professional in the Labor Market 2030: Threats and Opportunities” with Maxim Kolyada<\/strong> (Career Design Agency “Vector”), participants discussed what they can be stronger than experienced 55-year-old robots and how they can compete in the market due to globalization.<\/p>\n

    We thank the heads of the companies, members of the Association, and other experts for a rich program for young people!
