The EBA Odesa Legal School with ADVISERS Law Company continues. On September 7, 2021, the 4th lesson of the course on\u00a0 liability insurance. Risk management system\u00a0 was held.<\/p>\n

This time the trainer\u00a0 of the module was Vasyl Penkovsky, Managing Partner of ADVISERS Law Company<\/strong>.\u00a0Thus, first of all, it is important to understand the risk management process itself in order to successfully avoid problems in the future. Therefore, Mr. Vasyl spoke about the stages of risk management (identification, analysis, assessment), the four main strategies (rejection, reduction, transfer, acceptance), and what prevents you from seeing and managing risks.<\/p>\n

Also\u00a0 attention was paid to the topic of insurance. Together with the speaker,\u00a0 participants identified its main types (property, liability insurance and personal insurance) and forms (compulsory, voluntary), learned what co-insurance and reinsurance, contract and insurance rules are, and talked about exclusions from insurance cases and insurance restrictions. In addition, we studied\u00a0\u00a0 how to draw up documents on the insured case\u00a0 and did not forget about the main and secondary risks in insurance. And on the basis of practical tasks, participants were able to better absorb the information obtained.<\/p>\n
