SoftServe has won Gold in the Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring nomination at the prestigious 2021 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Leadership Development Awards. Individually oriented learning at SoftServe is part of the corporate educational ecosystem. SoftServe University provides educational solutions in 22 different formats. Along with training, long-term programs, and e-courses, mentoring and coaching allow the associates to gain new knowledge and experience much faster. Because a mentor is a role model and example to follow as well as a person who supports you and gives you a chance to feel yourself part of the company. At the same time, coaching is the instrument for development and an important part of leadership development. We’ve focused on these two priorities – we allow working with the best-certified coaches individually and we teach company leaders to be coaches for their teams. 99% of our mentors and coaches are company employees. Every hour, the company registers a new mentor-mentee pair. At the same time, the growth in the number of mentors for the last 12 months was 67%. Coaching in the company is global thanks to a network of certified internal coaches conducting sessions in English, Ukrainian, Polish and Bulgarian.
