The EBA Odesa Legal School in partnership with ADVISERS Law Company<\/a><\/strong> continues. Therefore, on July 28, 2021<\/strong>, the second lesson of the course on “50 arguments for the inspector: how to pass the test” <\/strong>was held.<\/p>\n

This time the trainer of the module was Natalia Gudkova<\/strong>, Chairman of the EBA Odesa Transport Working Group, legal adviser, lawyer, co-founder of ADVISERS Law Company. Thus, first of all, it is important to understand and learn to distinguish when the requests of the authorities are mandatory and when they are not. Then learn to analyze risks and make the right decisions using basic knowledge. That is why, Ms. Natalia spoke about: basic inspections, features of certain types of inspections (tax, labor inspectorates, law enforcement agencies), the main mistakes of employees during inspections, errors of inspectors and how to use the latter to their advantage, best case law on appeal inspections for the formation of decisions to protect the interests of the enterprise. Particular attention was paid to the consideration of sample comments on the Tax Inspection Act. Finally the implementation of practical tasks helped the participants to acquire the acquired knowledge.<\/p>\n
