Lviv is the leader in new hires\u202f(708), with Kyiv (456), Dnipro (370),\u202fand Kharkiv (362) being the closest\u202fcontenders.\u202fIn addition to Lviv, the home to SoftServe\u2019s HQ and its biggest development center, three cities \u2013 Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kharkiv\u202f-\u202fhave teams of\u202fover 1,000 people.\u202fThe headcount has also grown significantly in\u202flocations where SoftServe\u202fhas\u202fno\u202fphysical\u202fpresence\u202fbecause of\u202fremote flexibility and\u202fthe current workplace reality.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe pay close attention to\u202four hiring statistics and\u202fthe\u202ffluctuations\u202fin\u202fthe\u202flabor market.\u202fThe pandemic has impacted the market both in Ukraine and globally,\u201d<\/em> \u2013 said\u202f<strong>Kostyantyn Pylypchuk<\/strong>,\u202fSVP of Global Talent Operations\u202fat SoftServe.\u202f<em>\u201cThe\u202fshift to\u202fwork\u202ffrom\u202fhome\u202fhas\u202fmade it possible for us to\u202fgrow in\u202fsuch\u202fcities\u202fas Uzhhorod, Odesa, Cherkasy, Lutsk, Khmelnytskyi,\u202fand other locations\u202fthat\u202fhave been\u202fbeyond our\u202freach\u202fpreviously.
