Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm has secured the enforcement in Ukraine of the Award of the Commercial Court of the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court of Justice for the recovery of debt from European Insurance Alliance (Ukraine) in favor of the United Kingdom General Branch of the Munich Reinsurance Company, the leading global provider of reinsurance, primary insurance and insurance-related risk solutions.<\/p>\n
On 24 February 2021, the Supreme Court, having upheld the decisions issued earlier in favor of the claimant by the court of first instance and the court of appeal, gave its permission to enforce the Commercial Court Award.<\/p>\n
Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm represented Munich Reinsurance Company at all stages of litigation up to the Supreme Court. The court\u2019s award was enforced and the debt was recovered in favor of the Ilyashev & Partners\u2019 client in full.<\/p>\n
