Does that mean a leader can\u2019t share his emotions and feelings?<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">At the <b>EBA Dnipro Diplomacy Hub: Vulnerability and Leadership,<\/b> with the speakers <span lang=\"EN-US\">Mila <\/span>Leonova and Viktor Melnik, we looked at the concept of vulnerability as a resource that allows to build open dialogue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">According to experts, <b>vulnerability<\/b> improves and develops empathy, increases productivity, reduces stress. But first of all you have to understand why you want to share your feelings for, or why your colleague decided to share with you his problems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Hidden vulnerability<\/b> <span lang=\"EN-US\">is<\/span> debilitating and can <span lang=\"EN-US\">has<\/span> a negative impact on well-being, so sometimes just being heard is a necessary need to preserve energy and strength. It doesn\u2019t mean that all emotions should be spread to your surroundings.
