Agro&#8221; implemented for Ukrainian farmers the most effective online tool for communicating with customers today &#8211; a chat bot.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Agribusiness on Display program, we launched an online notification system through messengers for depositor, as announced earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Why exactly the loud marketing trend of recent years has so interested an agro-trading company and what real benefits chat bots can bring to agribusiness, said <strong>Artem Rempen<\/strong>, Chief Operating Officer of G.R. Agro.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>As the expert said, the behavior of Internet users has now radically changed &#8211; people spend much more time in messengers, even our clients are farmers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Chatbots are a virtual interlocutor that integrates into instant messengers and helps entrepreneurs communicate with our customers 24 hours a day, while saving time for both parties.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Agricultural producers, namely the depositor, can track the movement of vehicles on the territory of the elevator at the key stages of receiving and unloading the goods, monitor storage balances, interact with the accounting department and record the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the goods according to the laboratory&#8217;s expertise.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The advantages of implementing this program are, first of all:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>absence of a human factor, in particular, mistakes, and negative coloring of the conversation.<\/li>\n<li>speed reaction.\u00a0 Chatbots instantly send information depending on the client&#8217;s request.<\/li>\n<li>simplicity.\u00a0 A chat bot is a dialogue, it is something that is understandable to every person.\u00a0 It is enough for the client to simply activate the question.\u00a0 There is no need to study the program interface, as with mobile applications or websites.<\/li>\n<li>communication with the client 24 hours a day.\u00a0 People check their messengers up to 14 times a day.\u00a0 You are always in touch with the client, even if he is not on our website and does not open our letters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;G.R.
