This week the EBA Odesa Legal School with ADVISERS Law Company<\/strong> started. This development program is aimed at acquiring new legal knowledge, both lawyers and managers of other fields. The structure and content of the course primarily involves professional development, the ability to work with risks and difficult situations and to achieve results.<\/p>\n

The event was opened by Katerina Morozova<\/strong>, Head of the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office and Natalia Gudkova<\/strong>, Chairman of the EBA Odesa Transport Working Group, legal advisor, lawyer, co-founder of ADVISERS Law Company.<\/p>\n

Thus, during the first lesson, Oleksandr Bugela<\/strong>, lawyer of ADVISERS Law Company, trainer of the course, prepared 4 blocks for participants on the topic of protection of vital interests of the company from internal and external threats. In particular, we talked about: the minimum requirements of the legislation, which should be kept in mind when compiling, processing and storing company documentation, features of safe work on the Internet, electronic documents and tools for checking contractors and employees previously to the hiring.<\/p>\n

At the lesson, after each theoretical block, the practical tasks to consolidate the result were given to the participants.<\/p>\n
