ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih decided to raise its employees to their own values, corporate culture and professional needs<span lang=\"EN-US\"> and\u00a0 <\/span>launched a unique <b>&#8220;New Factory&#8221;<\/b> educational project. The goal of this project is to transform production by changing the consciousness of young people and create <b>a new community<\/b> with <b>a new mentality.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">At the <b>EBA Dnipro HR HUB <\/b>meeting, we considered the steps that need to be taken to implement such an educational project:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\">develop its conditions;<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">choose a university and partners;<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">develop and launch a promotional company;<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">develop a training program and involve teachers;<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">submit a project and sign a memorandum with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">hold an extended working session with partners and the Ministry of Education;<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">conduct a competitive selection and attract the best students;<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\">renovate auditoriums and dorms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-339944 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screenshot_11-1024x632.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"632\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screenshot_11-1024x632.png 1024w, https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screenshot_11-300x185.png 300w, https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screenshot_11-768x474.png 768w, https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screenshot_11-650x401.png 650w, https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screenshot_11-800x494.png 800w, https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screenshot_11.png 1185w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">E<\/span><\/b><b>ducation programme<\/b> based<span lang=\"EN-US\"> on e<\/span>nterprise ha<span lang=\"EN-US\">s<\/span> a number of advantages for young peopl<span lang=\"EN-US\">e such as:<\/span> the opportunity to receive free training, an English course, an international internship and<span lang=\"EN-US\"> as a result to get<\/span> a job at the request of a specific business<span lang=\"EN-US\">. <\/span>Also <span lang=\"EN-US\">in<\/span> <b>ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih<\/b> created a variety of excursion projects for young people who want to learn how the metallurgical giant works, see the production itself and go through the practice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">W<\/span>e <span class=\"mark4g5clagwm SSBqA0O5vTLfa9GC1wxGQ\" data-markjs=\"true\">congrats<\/span> <b>Yuliya Chermazovich, head of <\/b><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">EBA Dnipro<\/span><\/b><b> HR HUB<\/b>, with a new position &#8211; Director for Industry Relations and Social Development of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and thank for the practical experience and insights she shared.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not many big companies rush to hire inexperienced professionals and graduates.
