In particular, 56,320 photovoltaic cells that were necessary for the operation of a solar power plant were released from attachment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">With the developed and effectively implemented defence strategy, the investigating judge supported the arguments that the pre-trial investigation authorities had no factual evidence that the company\/its officials had committed any criminal offense. Therefore, the prosecutor&#8217;s stated purpose of attaching the company&#8217;s property was in no way justified, and the further effect of the mentioned remedy in the criminal proceedings had no normative or factual substantiation.<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The project was supported by a team of lawyers consisting of Associate <strong>Yurii Kleban<\/strong> and Junior Associate <strong>Yurii Vatashchuk<\/strong>.
