In this format we will meet to discuss actual topics and learn about opinions and positions of experts on issues relevant to our business community.<\/p>\n<p>This time, together with <strong>Denis Tkachenko<\/strong> and <strong>Andriy Spektor<\/strong>, lawyers and members of the Bankruptcy Committee of the National Bar Association of Ukraine, we discussed the topic of <strong>pre-trial sanation<\/strong> and tools that help to stabilize business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre-trial sanation<\/strong> is a procedure regulated by the Bankruptcy Procedure Code of Ukraine to restore the solvency of the enterprise in order to prevent bankruptcy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>To implement this process<\/strong><strong>, the next<\/strong><strong> requirements<\/strong><strong> are needed<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f owners or participants-shareholders of the debtor enterprise have to make a decision on the implementation of the pre-trial sanation procedure;<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f sanation plan must provide procedures and terms of repayment of claims of creditors who take part in the sanation.<\/p>\n<p>Also, we invited <strong>Serhi<\/strong><strong>i<\/strong><strong> Martyniuk, <\/strong>a judge of the Dnipro Regional Commercial Court, to highlight the practical aspects of the processes and reorganization plan.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the video and learn about the pros and cons of the procedure, the requirements for the procedure and legal insights from the experts of the event Denis Tkachenko, Andriy Spektor and Serhii Martyniuk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Colleagues, we are happy to share the news that EBA Dnipro launched new project named Expert Voice.
