The necessary downpayment \u2013 from 30% of the price of the flat. Important condition: the rate 9.49% per annum according to conditions of the mortgage program of \u00a0PRAVEX BANK is fixed for the first 5 years of repayment. A one-time commission in the amount of 1.5% from the amount of the loan (standard conditions 2.99%) and annual insurance of collateral property \u2013 0.30% (from the value of the collateral) are stipulated by the conditions of the loan. Real annual interest rate is from 11.8% per annum. Starting from the 6<sup>th<\/sup> year, a fluctuating interest rate will be applied for calculation of the regular payment, it depends on Ukrainian Index of Retail Deposit Rates (UIRD 12 m + 2%).<\/p>\n<p>The offer of the mortage loan concerns purchase of residential property on secondary market, of a flat in a residential complex put into service, as well as of private residential houses, townhouses.<\/p>\n<p>The Bank also offers special conditions for refinancing of mortgage loans of other banks with similar conditions: interest rate 9.49% that is fixed during the first 5 years and starting from the 6th year is fluctuating UIRD 12m + 2 %.<\/p>\n<p>Special conditions and loyalty programs for each client can be considered in the Bank.
