The world is unfolding so dynamically that now a lot of projects are implemented by young and active entrepreneurs 25+ in partnership, teams. After all, the benefits of partnership are obvious. These are additional resources, and division of functionality, and mutual responsibility and development. However, for the most part, there is a strong belief in our society that a partnership is difficult or always bad.<\/p>\n
On April 12, 2021<\/strong> we decided to deal with these and other beliefs during the EBA Odesa Personal and Corporate Efficiency Studio<\/strong>. Natalia Goodkova<\/strong>, Managing Partner at ADVISERS LAW COMPANY, a lawyer, and the Chairman of the EBA Odesa Transport Working Group shared her experience and expertise on business partnership. Thus, together with the member companies of the Association, we considered in which cases a business partnership is simply necessary, and in which it is possible to cope independently; learned where to look for a partner and what knowledge to use to analyze his personality type; considered what types of investments exist in the partnership and what to do to end the partnership in a healthy way.<\/p>\n The step-by-step process of preparing and fixing \/ agreeing on a partnership is as follows:<\/p>\n Step 1.<\/strong> Understand what assets are needed;<\/p>\n Step 2.<\/strong> Make a portrait of your partner;<\/p>\n Step 3. <\/strong>Prepare important partnership questions for you;<\/p>\n Step 4. <\/strong>Think about the model of financial relations;<\/p>\n Step 5.<\/strong> Sign a partnership agreement.<\/p>\n As you can see, a partnership in business is a complex process that requires maximum effort, both at the stage of its creation and in the process of maintaining these relationships. In general, partnerships have both disadvantages and advantages. Among the latter: additional resources, division of functionality, mutual responsibility and development.
