The review is being performed at the request of the Ukrainian government with the objective to determine whether Ukraine is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oecd.org\/corporate\/OECD-SOE-Reviews-Brochure.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">an adherent to this instrument<\/a>. It is financially <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/eurasia\/competitiveness-programme\/eastern-partners\/supporting-energy-sector-reform-ukraine.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">supported<\/a><\/u> by the Government of Norway.<\/p>\n<p>Kinstellar has been assisting the OECD with its analysis of Ukraine\u2019s legal framework applicable to SOEs and on-going reforms, including the most recent legislative proposals bearing on corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p>The preliminary results of the Ukraine SOEs Review were discussed, in the presence of a delegation from Ukraine, on 17 March 2021<i> <\/i>at a virtual meeting of the OECD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/daf\/ca\/soeworkingparty.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"3\">Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices<\/a>. The event involved representatives of its 37 OECD member states and partners.<\/p>\n<p>Kinstellar continues to support the OECD until finalisation of the review.
