Thus, creating an innovative culture in which employees have the freedom to test new ideas is not an easy task on the way to achieving business sustainability. In addition, customer needs are changing rapidly, and advanced technologies continue to evolve. Therefore, to respond properly to such changes, companies need to fundamentally change the methods of their work.<\/p>\n<p>The speakers of the event \u2013 Andrii Salamatov and Kateryna Vershinina, co-founders of the creative agency \u201c4Press\u201d and business intelligence &#8220;GreenDuck&#8221; &#8211; offered effective methods for working with thinking and managerial practices that will be useful to managers. Here are some of them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the Cynefin model to correctly identify and understand the context in which you have to make a decision, because the correct interpretation of the context will depend on the accuracy of the company&#8217;s behavior and the effectiveness of the business as a whole;<\/li>\n<li>Define an external strategy to always have a roadmap in front of you and to move clearly towards the set goals, even in conditions of uncertainty;<\/li>\n<li>Avoid mistakes by identifying the mechanisms that affect the accuracy and objectivity of thinking (patterns, filters, beliefs, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>If you are tired, draw the necessary resources from 4 sources of energy: physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual. Also, this tool allows you to audit your current activity and plan actions to fill the resource status;<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any conflicts using Rosenberg&#8217;s &#8220;theory of nonviolent communication.&#8221; So, this method of communication consists of 4 steps: invaluable observation, expression of emotions, voicing needs and request formulation;<\/li>\n<li>Master quadratic breathing techniques to calm down and reboot quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As we can see, to overcome the difficult problems faced by business in today&#8217;s changing conditions, we need leaders of changes. Their mindset should be not limited to the narrow areas of their responsibility and qualifications but will meet the needs of today&#8217;s business environment and have the knowledge and skills, that will help to adapt to all the difficult external factors of activity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to worry less, think faster and do more?
