The Manufacturing Committee meeting on accounting and traceability of products and goods was held on February 25th.<\/p>\n

Entities that do not pay attention to the fixed assets and materials effective accounting can incur significant financial and time losses. That is why it is important to use innovative solutions to minimize costs. The cost of SMART solutions that can help collect and analyze information has significantly decreased in recent years, which increases their availability.<\/p>\n

Serhiy Salata<\/strong>, the co-founder of MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE \u201cSMART-CARDS OF UKRAINE\u201d LLC, showed many practical cases of such solutions successful implementation using RFID technology for materials inventory or traceability.<\/p>\n

Yevhen Morhaev<\/strong>, the Commercial Director of Integrated Business Process Management LLC told the participants about the basic principles of software accounting and product traceability, but many companies face the lack of a qualitative and affordable product on the Ukrainian market that can combine ERP, WMS, and other modules needed for manufacturing entity operational activities effective organization.<\/p>\n

Therefore, on different manufacturers software is usually used in different areas, including self-adapted for a specific manufacturing enterprise.<\/p>\n

One more topical issue is the Predictive maintenance tools, which we will discuss during the next Manufacturing committee meetings.<\/p>\n
