The Antika law firm successfully represented the interests of the utility company for heating networks “Cherkasyteplokommunenergo” of the Cherkasy City Council in a dispute that was considered in the Economic Court of the Cherkasy region.<\/em><\/p>\n

The attorneys-at-law of Antika applied to the court with a request to recognize as concluded in the wording proposed by the client the contract for the transportation of heat energy by the heating networks of the defendant – the local heat supply organization.<\/p>\n

The court agreed with the position of the utility company for heating networks “Cherkasyteplokommunenergo” and satisfied the claim in full.<\/p>\n

This is our next victory in disputes that arise as a result of imperfect regulatory regulation and, accordingly, different approaches to the procedure for calculating the volume of heat losses during its transportation.<\/p>\n
