The retailer began implementing a software cash register and electronic check with the help of the Checkbox (PRRO) solution in all retail stores and in the online store foxtrot.ua. Foxtrot<\/a> is the first Ukrainian retailer of home appliances and electronics to join the new digital initiative.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Checkbox is a program for replacing traditional cash registers and integration with the front system developed by the team of Dmitry Dubilet and Andrei Sukhov. The pilot launch of the project in Foxtrot took place in September at two stores in Kyiv \u2013 on Mishuhy St., 4 and S. Bandera Ave, 23 with further scaling to the entire network. An API has been created for the online store, with the help of which the check comes to the customer automatically immediately after payment for the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

“The transition from regular cash registers to software is a real breakthrough for every Ukrainian business and a dynamic step towards the digitalization of the company we started with a year ago. In order to ensure a gradual transition to the unified issuance of electronic checks, in the beginning software registrars of settlement operations in retail stores will work in parallel with the stationary RRO. In 2021, a full transition to PRRO from Checkbox is planned, which will significantly save on cash register service, increase the speed and quality of customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Previously, businesses had no choice and everyone had to buy expensive cash registers. Now you can use cash registers and spend less money and time on fiscalization”,<\/em> \u2013 says Dmitry Dubilet<\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Foxtrot, together with Tranzzo, has also connected another method of digital payment \u2013 the Visa QR payment service. Its essence is to securely link your Visa account to the Visa QR application, which allows consumers to pay for purchases in a reliable and secure way by scanning the QR code.<\/span><\/p>\n

It will be recalled that on November 19, the Foxtrot network activated the option to pay for goods and services using its chatbot in Viber<\/a> using a virtual wallet (Apple Pay\/Google Pay).<\/span><\/p>\n
