On November 12th, the ad hoc online-offline meeting of the Office took place. The topic was on the realities of Strategic Management 2021.<\/p>\n

When reviewing your management strategy, you should pay attention to where the company aims to come and search for opportunities to achieve this goal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Often the goals between shareholders, executive directors and shareholders, department directors do not coincide, so they should be consolidated.<\/p>\n

It is crucial to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • close vision, it’s understanding, and readiness for implementation.<\/li>\n
  • a balanced system of goals,<\/li>\n
  • prioritization and focus.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Do not increase the production level while demand is falling, stressed the experts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    With a well-coordinated team and a motivated leader, you can do a lot.<\/p>\n

    As unstable conditions require changes, you and your team need to adapt to long-term strategic management improvement. It is necessary to look for new management methods and not to be afraid to implement them.<\/p>\n

    Thus, one of the directors shared her experience of implementing the Agile system at the manufacture.\u00a0 <\/span>(more about this in the video meeting).<\/p>\n
