So, there is a brief introduction to our featured lists of awards below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All awards shall be collected during the year. At the beginning of each year, all achievement progress will be revoked, and you have to start from scratch, (except for ForeverTogether)<\/li>\n<li>If your award provides for free participation in our training or development program, you will have up to 12 months to use up this opportunity.
