{"id":774018,"date":"2020-09-17T12:56:24","date_gmt":"2020-09-17T09:56:24","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-09-17T13:02:14","modified_gmt":"2020-09-17T10:02:14","slug":"baker-mckenzie-nadav-yurydychni-konsultatsiyi-fondu-derzhavnogo-majna-ukrayiny-shhodo-uspishnoyi-pryvatyzatsiyi-gotelyu-dnipro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/baker-mckenzie-nadav-yurydychni-konsultatsiyi-fondu-derzhavnogo-majna-ukrayiny-shhodo-uspishnoyi-pryvatyzatsiyi-gotelyu-dnipro\/","title":{"rendered":"Baker McKenzie advises the State Property Fund of Ukraine on the successful privatization of Dnipro Hotel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kyiv, Ukraine, 16<\/strong><strong>\u00a0September 2020<\/strong> \u2014 Baker McKenzie&#8217;s Kyiv office has advised (legal due diligence) the State Property Fund of Ukraine on the successful privatization of Dnipro Hotel, which was sold at auction on 15 July 2020 with a winning bid of UAH 1,111,111, 222 (equivalent to approximately USD 40.934 million*).<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBaker McKenzie&#8217;s work within this project included a legal audit of Private JSC &#8220;Hotel Dnipro&#8221; and the preparation of a legal due diligence report on it, which was further provided to the potential investors.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe project was implemented with the support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the Competitive Economy Program.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Baker McKenzie team was led by Kyiv Managing Partner <strong>Serhiy Piontkovsky<\/strong>, who was supported by Senior Associate <strong>Nataliya Tyschenko<\/strong> and Associates <strong>Nadiia Filozop<\/strong> and <strong>Andrii Levchenko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on this project, <strong>Serhiy Piontkovsky<\/strong> said, <em>&#8220;We thank the USAID for the opportunity to contribute to this milestone privatization in Ukraine in recent years.
