On August 27, 2020 at the seventh video lesson on Transport, Shipping Trade Web Course. Season 2, organized by the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office in partnership with the International Legal Service Interlegal, we reviewed the peculiarities of Ukrainian legislation, successful cases on the import of agricultural machinery from the US to Ukraine and import risks.<\/p>\n

Thus, attention was focused on the following stages of registration of agricultural machinery, such as: signing a contract, export, import and customs clearance. For example, when importing a sprayer, you should pay attention to the kind and type of agricultural machinery and the necessary permits. A special feature in this case will be obtaining a permit for the import of technical means and a registration certificate. And at the stage of customs clearance it is necessary to focus on the correctness of the product\u00a0code and agree it with the customs through a customs broker.<\/p>\n
