On July 16, 2020, the second season of the free Transport, Shipping Trade Web Course. Season 2\u201d, organized by the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office in partnership with the International Legal Service Interlegal was started.<\/p>\n

The first video-lesson was devoted to the topic of buying and selling a fleet. Thus, usually the purchase and sale of the fleet is carried out for the possession of own tonnage, for the purpose of sea transportation, leasing, income from investments through rent, as well as for investment in assets or resale. Therefore, we learned about the key points of technical and legal nature to which the buyer of the vessel should pay attention, namely: preparatory actions at purchase, conditions of the agreement, contractual process, performance of the contract, etc.<\/p>\n
