On July 6, 2020, there was a first meeting between the representatives of the EBA Western Ukrainian office and Ihor Komendat<\/strong>, Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Lvivska oblast.<\/p>\n

In his introductory speech, Ihor Komendat noted: \u201cSuch meetings are important for us as you are the representatives of the European business whose investment projects are extremely important for our state, the western region and Lvivska oblast particularly. Such events positively contribute to the solution of problems that hinder business activities.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Members of the Regional Coordination Council of the EBA Western Ukrainian Office, and, in particular, Maryana Lutsyshyn<\/strong>, Head of the Office, named the desired areas of discussion to achieve the most convenient and fair conditions for conducting the economic activity and accrual and payment of taxes.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the business and the State Tax Service outlined the areas of cooperation and agreed on the next online gathering for security and efficiency reasons.<\/p>\n

“We are open to the public, to the business environment. Today, at the meeting, we established the main criterion for cooperation between tax and large investment companies – civilized European relations. I assure you that we will solve any problematic issues promptly within the framework of the current tax legislation<\/em>, “said Ihor Komendat and thanked the participants of the meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
