Technical assistance within this project is provided by the Japan-EBRD Cooperation Fund.<\/p>\n<p>Asters\u2019 banking and finance team advising on the project consisted of partner <strong>Iryna Pokanay<\/strong>, counsel <strong>Gabriel Aslanian <\/strong>and associates <strong>Inna Bondarenko <\/strong>and <strong>Viktoria Zagreba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebrd.com\/home\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)<\/a>\u00a0is the largest international financial investor in Ukraine.
