Upon consideration of the application, written observation on merits of the case and just satisfaction, filed by Vasil Kisil and Partners\u2019 lawyers, the Court found that confiscation of cash seized by customs officers when the client crossed the customs border was disproportionate and led to the violation of the client\u2019s right to the peaceful enjoyment of his possessions. The Court awarded the client EUR 29,5k in respect of pecuniary damage.<\/p>\n
