In her new role, Natalia will continue leading the Real Estate and Construction practice in the firm\u2019s Kyiv office.<\/p>\n

Natalia has over 15 years of experience advising clients, including major international and leading Ukrainian developers, banks, property funds and embassies, on various aspects of deals involving property acquisition and disposal governed by Ukrainian and English law, green field projects development, land allocation and re-zoning, property finance and mediation. Natalia specialises in investment, development and large-scale project work across a broad range of sectors, including infrastructure, agribusiness, logistics, manufacturing, energy, hotels & leisure, retail, office, and others.<\/p>\n
