According to the Ukrainian legislation, information about a person’s private life is classified as a confidential. Thus, the violation of the right refers to the interference with personal and family life, the collection, storage, use and dissemination of confidential information about a person without his consent (Article 32 of the Constitution of Ukraine).<\/p>\n

The 9th webinar on Transport, Shipping and International Trade Web-course was devoted to the topic of the private interests of business owners. This time it was of purely practical character. Together with the speakers, we discussed the issues of privacy protection, protection of the rights of one parent in a court, establishing the legal fact of inheritance, fraud in business and payment on credit.<\/p>\n
