The B-class business center FORUM West Side became the winner of the National real estate award. On the 28-th of February at the CP Awards<\/a> gala dinner the international jury named this business center to be the best in the category B-class business centers.<\/p>\n

West Side is situated in one of the residential areas of Kyiv, on Oleny Telihy street. One of the main advantages of the business center is its location. It takes 10 minutes walk to get to the Dorohozhychi metro station. And the car owners can get to the city center in 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

West Side looks like a small city in a big metropolis. Its territory takes 12 thousand square meters \u2013 that is plenty of space. The elegant architectural style, comfortable traffic interchange on the business center territory, all necessary infrastructure, open-air rest zones, lounge zones in the buildings, and special spaces for sport. It seems like we are talking about the place where people live. Yes, they live here but as employees of the tenant companies. And all the people, who work there, constitute a unified community.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the West Side there are people, who brew coffee and develop software, produce industrial products, manage taxi service, provide cashback service and many others. Besides there are forum people, who care about the order, comfort and establish the work system of the business city.<\/p>\n

FORUM West Side is not a completely newly built complex. It was created through redevelopment as well as other FORUM business centers. Earlier there was an old industrial zone. The FORUM team transformed the inoperative building to the modern business city.<\/p>\n

\u201cWest\u201d is made of the New-York brownstone style. Architectures chose Loft and Urban to make the business center project be in harmony with the architectural trends of the city development. The team of designers and architectures led by Dmytro Iermusevych managed to create a classy and comfortable business city just in the middle of the residential area.<\/p>\n

\u201cWest\u201d consists of eight buildings made in same style. Minimalism prevails in the interior. To add brightness to the main style the designers use the extraordinary details. In the building of the business center there is a caf\u00e9 of the third wave made in the entire interior style. Also, there are lounge zones with soft sofas and yoga room. What is more, we even have shelves for bookcrossing.<\/p>\n

Now over 20 companies work in FORUM West Side, among them are Uber, Regus, Caparol, Frag Lab, NewAge, Letyshops, Admitad, Veres. Some of then have the whole building and even plan to grow. The team members of some companies have told us how it is to be the resident of FORUM West Side.<\/p>\n
