The businesspeople discussed the investment climate in the region and shared their difficulties in doing business.<\/p>\n

Oleksandr Koniykhov<\/strong> (Zhytlobud-2) raised the questions of the monopolies for the construction materials, lack of the affordable mortgage credits, bureaucratic red tapes in obtaining building permits.<\/p>\n

The importance of the positive image of the city and the region for attracting foreign investments underlined Sergey Polituchiy<\/strong> (Factor Group of Companies). He proposed to use the marketing approach in the city branding.<\/p>\n

The attendees also addressed the issues of the non-transparent tendering proceedings, low quality of education, inefficient use of the state-owned premises, etc.<\/p>\n
