According to the annual rating of the leading PMO UA Awards 2019, Ukrtelecom\u2019s project management office (PMO) is recognized as \u201cInspiring\u201d\u00a0 <\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The jury of PMO UA Awards 2019 highlighted the “strengths” of\u00a0Ukrtelecom’s PMO, which effectively works within three Directorates of the company in accordance with the projects focuses: Strategy and Business Development led by CSO Ihor Yaremchuk, Information Technology led by CIO Kyrylo Honcharuk and Technical led by Dmytro Mykytyuk. The \u201cstrengths\u201d included: active involvement of top-level management, execution of functions that are not typical for the project office, but are extremely required nowadays, orientation towards the achievement of strategic goals by the company, providing value for shareholders and business value of the innovations developed and implemented through the project office.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The list of \u201cstrengths\u201d of Ukrtelecom’s PMO also includes such a criteria as ”Competencies development”. The company remains to be a “talent factory” for specialists and helps to develop employees\u2019 professional skills by investing in internal and external training. It is worth mentioning that Ukrtelecom’s PMO has its own management methodology, through which employees can gain experience in crisis management.<\/p>\n

The PMO UA Awards 2019 is sponsored and supported by the PMI Ukraine Chapter in partnership with Spider Ukraine Consultants and PMBRO to identify the leading project offices in Ukraine. The main purpose of the rating is to highlight the project offices that are able to create value for their organizations, becoming the internal driver of change and transformation, ensure the achievement of strategic and operational goals, as well as the sustainability and competitiveness of the company in the face of explosive changes in global markets, technologies and services. Companies from any industry in Ukraine participate in the rating.
