The winner was <strong>Eduard Rubin<\/strong>, Chairman of Telesens IT Board of Directors. The CEO of Axioma <strong>Ihor Sbitnev<\/strong> was elected as his Deputy.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Rubin outlined the priorities of the EBA Kharkiv Office development: organization of significant events, enhanced collaboration with the state and local authorities, teaming up with other associations and NGOs to address the pressing issues of the regional development.<\/p>\n<p>We congratulate Eduard Rubin and Ihor Sbitnev!
