Deputy Minister of digital transformation for IT development Oleksandr Bornyakov<\/strong> and IT Committee of European Business Association held a meeting in order to discuss growth strategy for the industry and its impact on the economy broadly. Oleksandr\u2019s understanding of Ukrainian IT industry and a perception regarding its escalation made a positive impression on IT Committee\u2019s representatives.<\/p>\n

The basis for a meaningful conversation was in the similar vision of the Government and key industry players towards the framework of Ukrainian IT sector development, that was pointed as the necessity of providing long-term competitive advantages for the industry in a global context. The approach must be aggregated with including taxation incentives and human capital development, at least.\u00a0 It will cause the industry growth, an increasement of export-share as well as Ukrainian GDP in years ahead, a positive reputation establishment on a global level. While discussing issues that warning IT community, European Business Association\u2019s Committee shared the concept developed by the industry which Deputy Minister was ready to scrutinize shortly. Apart from that, the parties went through the risks regarding lack of specialists in future and discussed possible ways of financing the education.<\/p>\n

Summing up, with the help of this meeting the participants laid the foundation of win-win solution searching. Soon the IT Committee of European Business Association will meet both representatives of Digital Transformation Ministry and Committee for digital transformation to discuss possible mechanisms of performance targets solutions more in detail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
