The project participants visited the Museum of Local Self-Government History, which is the only such museum in Ukraine, and learned a lot about the development of the city and the region, self-government bodies, structures and major historical events.<\/p>\n<p>A highlight was the visit to the session hall, where during the meetings the deputies raise, discuss and resolve important issues and problems of the city. The Regional Council Technical Specialist briefed on the procedure, rules and course of the sessions. And of course there was a practice! Teenagers could feel like deputies: they got their cards, registered with the system, raised questions to vote and voted for them!
