On October 23, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution, which updated and improved the Procedure for state testing and state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals.<\/p>\n
Such amendments were\u00a0elaborated\u00a0in close cooperation between representatives of\u00a0the\u00a0business\u00a0community\u00a0and the Ministry of Energy\u00a0and Environmental\u00a0Protection.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Thus, the document introduces 5 key innovations in Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 1) Fair registration rules<\/strong>. It is about creating a transparent and comprehensible system for authorizing laboratories to conduct state tests. Besides, the mechanism of re-registration is simplified.<\/p>\n 2) Implemented the principles of digitalization<\/strong> \u2013 the refusal of paper certification and the introduction of a single state register of pesticides and agrochemicals (a paper form of the certificate of state registration \u2013 canceled).<\/p>\n 3) The protection of intellectual property rights<\/strong>.
