Zoryana has become one of just a handful of Ukrainian practitioners who have successfully passed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) exams. The QLTS exams are a mix of written and practical assessments in which candidates are tested on key areas and concepts of law, including business law, taxation, contracts, civil and criminal procedure, property law, and equity and trusts.<\/p>\n<p>Given the prevalence of English law on M&amp;A and other transactions in Ukraine and globally, we see Zoryana\u2019s admission as a significant competitive advantage.
