Is it possible to avoid conflicts in personal and business relationships? Thus, conflicts accompany humanity throughout its existence. It is an extreme form of contradiction that can be controlled. So, it is necessary to distinguish types of behavior in conflicts, their phases, signs and strategies for managing them.<\/p>\n

We considered these issues in question at a regular meeting of the EBA Odesa Psychology in Effects. Nataliia Yurhanova<\/strong> noted that the solution and overcoming of intrapersonal contradictions throughout a conflict helps to build a character, will and the whole mental life. Libarate a person from this inner struggle, and you\u2019ll deprive his fully valid existence and development, because such experience is a permanent tool for resolving contradictions<\/p>\n

Even in organizations with effective governance, some conflicts are not only possible but also desirable. Very often, due to \u0441onflicts, the weak side comes to an understanding: “Evolve or retire.” But personal conflicts cannot directly influence the processes that take place in an organization. If they become widespread and cover different levels of management, then serious negative consequences are possible – the company\u2019s failure to fulfill its tasks and even its collapse.<\/p>\n

Despite this, conflicts can help to distribute roles more properly in a company, to get different point of view, to identify problems and to provide additional information. This can be achieved by applying the basic methods of conflict management – facilitation and mediation.<\/p>\n
