On June 25, EBA Western Ukrainian Office held a “refreshing” home meeting of the HR Committee on Trends.<\/p>\n

Each participant had the opportunity to outline the influence of global trends, trends in Ukraine and HR on their daily activities.<\/p>\n

Among the key trends we could not overcome the role of AI in the future for HRs, the importance of analytical care and deep understanding of business, as well as the primary role of HR marketing and communications in the successful work of the company and the interaction of employees among themselves.<\/p>\n

We plan to consider in more detail each of these trends in the near future and disassemble them for HR tools that can give a boost to change.<\/p>\n
