Everyone inspires for a positive stress free workplace, where all employees\u2019 needs are satisfied, and relationships are built on trust and respect. However, people often lack necessary skills and knowledge for building such relationships and identifying such needs in the business and personal life.\u00a0 An organizational psychologist \u2013 an expert with knowledge of psychology, business, and management can help in solving these issues.<\/p>\n

Tatyana Balan<\/strong>, an experienced psychologist, coach, trainer shared her experience of improving the company\u2019s psychological climate. Participants learned about difference between \u2018normal\u2019 and \u2018abnormal\u2019 problems, realized the importance of meeting the needs in the relations and importance of expressing dissatisfaction. They discussed the issues of their own companies, painted metaphors and tried to decipher them. The speaker\u2019s examples from business practice and family counseling had the audience \u00a0reflect,\u00a0\u00a0 and, of course, sharing their own experience, as well as discussing ways of solving real life situations of companies.<\/p>\n
