From January 1, 2019, a moratorium on the realization of the state supervision by the state supervision bodies in the sphere of the economic activity, including inspections by the State Fiscal Service and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, has been taken off.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the requests of the EBA member companies within the framework of the Legal Committee, we spoke on the topic: Withdrawal a moratorium on inspections: threats to business<\/strong>. The speaker was Oleksandr Gladiy<\/strong>, the Head of Absolute, LA, lawyer, PhD in Law, Chairman of the EBA Dnipro Legal Committee, who revealed the main problems and answered the questions of the participants. In addition, he gave several real cases from his practice.<\/p>\n

Those registered participants have received a presentation of the speaker and additional information from the event on their e-mails.<\/p>\n
