The financing was provided in the form of two tranches of EUR 240 million and EUR 289 million,\u00a0maturing in 4 and 10 years respectively. Earlier, Sayenko Kharenko <a href=\"http:\/\/sk.ua\/projects\/sayenko-kharenko-advised-eur-349-3-million-facility-extended-ukraine-world-bank-guarantee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">advised Deutsche Bank<\/a> on a\u00a0EUR\u00a0349.3 million facility to Ukraine on similar terms.
