On May 13th Viktor Syzonenko<\/strong> has joined ARZINGER team as Head of the company\u2019s South Ukrainian Branch.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Viktor has 15 years of experience in law and consulting, having worked his way up from an in-house lawyer to senior positions in legal and client businesses. Mr. Syzonenko specializes in wealth management and asset management, BEPS implementation and comprehensive Due Diligence management. Viktor implemented projects in litigation, support of IT&Blockchain businesses (in particular, in construction financing, GameDev and investments), corporate transformation and\u00a0 international business structuring, as well as arranged clients\u2019 internal legal functions. Viktor Syzonenko has been an attorney-at-law since 2012.<\/p>\n
