State Labor Inspections 2019\u201d<\/strong> within the framework of the EBA Business Hacks project was of great interest to the audience.<\/p>\n<p>The representatives of the Main Directorate of the State Labor Organization in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast \u2013 <strong>Andriy Tolstoguzov<\/strong>, the Head of the Labor Department, and <strong>Serhiy Blank<\/strong>, the Head of the Labor Protection, Insurance, Employment, Employment of Disabled People and Child Labor Issues, told the business about the labor audits and how to prepare for them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oleksandr Riznyk<\/strong>, the Head of the Sector of the State Regulatory Service in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, spoke about the Service\u2019s activity, the legal and organizational principles for the implementation of state supervision, and described how to prepare for control measures:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Know<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which risk group you belong to;<\/li>\n<li>what documents a controller should have and how they are drawn;<\/li>\n<li>periodicity and terms of inspections;<\/li>\n<li>one\u2019s rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Have<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>register of inspections;<\/li>\n<li>photo and video equipment for fixing inspections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the audit was conducted and the SRS did not agree with the result, Mr Oleksandr indicated where to address: the State Regulatory Service, the ministries (CEBs), which ensure the formation of a state policy in the relevant area of \u200b\u200bcontrol, judicial authorities.<\/p>\n<p>In one\u2019s turn, <strong>Anna Popkova<\/strong>, the Head of the practice of settling litigation at Absolut, Law Firm, revealed the main legal aspects \u2013 how to protect the business and be prepared for the inspections.<\/p>\n<p>After each block, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions personally to the speaker.
