Business owners are seriously concerned about this fact. Anytime the State Service of Ukraine on Labor\u2019s inspectors can visit any office or shop with an off-schedule examination. They check on undeclared work, timeliness and completeness of salary payment, keeping on minimal guarantees in labor remuneration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sergey Silchenko<\/strong>, the lawyer and partner of the law firm ILF, shared practical cases and gave valuable advice re preparing employees and documents for inspection. The speaker outlined and commented on three directions: risks estimation, quality assessment of HR records keeping and preventive measures taking.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cFirst of all, it is worth familiarizing with an Act of Supervision on the site of the State Service of Ukraine on Labor and make a self-check on each point\u201d,<\/em> suggested the lawyer. He also underlined the importance of preparing the employees and giving them instructions in case of inspection.
