Nowadays in Ukraine, urgent issue is improving investment climate and leading a competitive economy. What are the ways of realizing economic growth? How to make a company more attractive for investments? What internal tax and legal transformations are required? On February 13, KPMG in partnership with EBA Southern Ukrainian Office, found answers to these questions on the meeting KPMG Insights: Opportunities for growth. Complex best practices.<\/p>\n

The meeting was opened by Victoria Mikhno<\/strong>. She highlighted the main ideas of the forum in Davos, among them was discussion about characteristics of Industrial Revolution 4.0: digitalization, integration, smartization, virtualization, designation\/definition.The subject for global dialogue is and will be: economic cooperation, technology policy, cybersecurity, financial and monetary system, policy about economic decisions, risk tolerance, human capital, new social narratives, sectoral systems and institutional reform. Representatives of KPMG in Ukraine Andriy Usenko<\/strong>, Andriy Timoshenko<\/strong>, Maxim Zavalny<\/strong> and Oleksandr Rudenko<\/strong> shared their substantive knowledges of industry specificity, justifying their reports with real cases from their own experience. Presentations of the speakers were full of information about changes in legislation, in particular regarding the reform of judicial system, currency regulation and banking sector. The relevant topic was the promotion of foreign revenues and assuring the investor in successful project.<\/p>\n

In addition, discussed strategic and sensitive international issues and events that directly affect on the world\u2019s fate and Ukraine in particular. Regional business representatives also joined the panel discussion: Inesa Platonova<\/strong> from PLASKE and Yevhen Romashchin<\/strong> from TIS shared some experience of the company\u2019s effective transformation, using their own business examples, changes in the internal organizational structure. They gave some advice on the limits of liability and control of employees, motivation of colleagues,\u00a0 formation of a competent personnel reserve, internal promotion of talents in a company and effective grade pay.
